17th century 4” wide Dutch reverse frame design features ripple, wave, and basket weave ornamentation, true to the Dutch style. The inner panel of the frame features exquisite key corners which create dramatic relief on the surface of the frame.  The warm, rich, ebonized finish is accented by a gilded 22K gold ripple pattern on the inner lip.
